Guarantee

You receive a warranty on O'Neill Creative Solutions products. The warranty periods and conditions are stated in article 13 of our Conditions :

 

Article 13. Warranty

• O'Neill Creative Solutions guarantees that the goods to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be imposed on them and are free of any defects. O'Neill Creative Solutions guarantees a solid product.

• Proof of purchase is proof of warranty.

• To guarantee the quality of its products, O'Neill Creative Solutions has taken several precautions to offer a 3-year warranty under normal use. (Different products sold by O.C.S. may have a different warranty period, which is why it is 3 years unless otherwise stated.)

 

BRIEF SUMMARY

The warranty period starts on the day of delivery and expires if:

– For damage reporting, install within 48 hours of delivery;
– Installation by unauthorized persons/companies;
– Assembly that deviates from our assembly instructions;
– Wall/walls that are not designed for weight/high-quality furniture;
– Furniture made of wood, MDF or veneer that is not splash-proof and/or is located in insufficiently ventilated areas (EPB standard) and/or otherwise remains damp for a long time;
– Consequential damage to products due to leaks or other causes not attributable to O'Neill Creative Solutions;
– Negligent maintenance, intent or gross negligence;
– Improper use, or use other than household use (unless otherwise agreed);
– (Over)heating by heat sources, exposing items to direct moisture, extreme heat, cold or dryness;
– Failure to comply or incorrect compliance with the product's use and maintenance instructions;
– Not providing sufficient cooperation to resolve the said service message(s).

– Please note that products sold by O'Neill Creative Solutions may have a different warranty period. This will be explained to our customer before the point of sale.
