We take our obligations regarding your privacy and the processing and transfer of your personal data very seriously. We have therefore taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure transfer and storage of data.
We ask you to read our privacy policy carefully because it explains how and for what purposes we collect personal data. By providing us with personal data, you consent to the processing and transfer of personal data as described in this privacy policy. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by O'Neill Creative Solutions adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We register your personal data in the following situations;
• When completing order forms or other forms.
• When visiting our website.
• When carrying out an assignment given to us.
• When completing a review for a product or service delivered to you.
• When registering for marketing communications.
• When completing application and contact forms on the website.
• If we receive your personal data and/or profile data from third parties, for example if you have indicated to these third parties that you wish to receive information about our products or services. In that case, we will indicate from whom we have received the personal data during the first communication with you.

REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
We record your data when you purchase products or services from us. Also if you use one of our free services on the website or fill in your details during one of our consultations. O'Neill Creative Solutions is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your information may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
After all, our delivery, installation and service partners have to come to your home to deliver, assemble or maintain your product.
Our payment partner receives your data to process the payment.
Our IT service providers provide services such as cloud storage, media and advertising services, maintenance of our website and processing reviews.
If required by law, we share your customer data with government agencies.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The basis for the use of your personal data is your consent. In the case of an assignment given to us and/or an agreement concluded with us, the basis for the use of your personal data is the need for the correct execution of that assignment and/or agreement.
For existing customers, the basis is our interest in providing our customers with offers and keeping them informed about our similar products and services.
Your personal data will be used by O'Neill Creative Solutions for the following purposes:

Therefore, we may share your personal data with service providers we trust who help us process and analyze your personal data. So that we can select products that may be of interest to you. But also to avoid introducing products to you that you probably do not appreciate. 11. Telephone marketing activities are always duplicated with the do-not-call registry. However, if you purchase a product or service and leave your telephone number, the do-not-call register is not taken into account, as this constitutes a so-called customer relationship.
RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
We store personal data that we process with your permission for one year.
We store personal data that we receive from you in the context of a quotation for 2 years. We store personal data that we process in the context of an assignment given to us and/or an agreement concluded with us until the service or warranty period has expired.
VIEW AND CHANGE YOUR DATA
You can request O'Neill Creative Solutions to:
• access, change or delete the personal data that O'Neill Creative Solutions collects about you.
• restriction of the processing of the personal data that O'Neill Creative Solutions collects about you.
• transfer of the personal data that O'Neill Creative Solutions collects about you.
You can submit your request by sending an email to info@oneillcreativesolutions.eu. In order to process your request, we ask you for the following information:
• First and last name
• Postal Code
• House number
• Your request and/or question
We are happy to explain why we need this information.
We would like to ask you to include your full name, post code and house number in the email. Correct spelling of your full name is important for our matching principle. What this means is explained below. In addition, you are free to decide whether and, if so, what additional information you provide.
Why do we want to know this information? You may be registered in our system several times, for example when you have completed a form via our website and requested a quote in the store. Your details may be entered slightly differently, for example your initials instead of first name or, if you are moving, your new address instead of your current address. If your details do not completely match, you may have been registered in our system multiple times.
We then look for records of your personal data in our system using a matching principle. Simply put, we look for the other information based on the information you now provide to us. The chance of a complete picture of the personal data known to us increases as you provide more data. It is therefore possible that not all your personal data known to us can be found because we have not been able to "match" them.
To ensure that the request has been made by you, we will send a confirmation email to the email address known to us after receiving your request. We will only process your request further after we have received confirmation of this email.
O'Neill Creative Solutions strives to process your request as quickly as possible, but does so no later than within the legal period of 1 month. Once we have processed your request, we will provide you with the necessary information. If your request is unexpectedly rejected (this may be because your request is contrary to the law), we will of course explain to you why O'Neill Creative Solutions has been unable to process your request.
The information you provide will only be used to process your question. After completion of your request, this data will be deleted.
You have the right, if you wish, to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Right of refusal
