Returning products you purchased in the O.C.S webshop

 

Returning products is possible at O'Neill  Creative Solutions:

• All products that have been custom-made or ordered specifically for the buyer cannot be returned. For all other products, a 14-day return policy applies when ordering via our webshop. 

• We request that you return the products as much as possible in the original and preferably unopened packaging;

• It is mandatory to add the Withdrawal Form to your return shipment;

• We recommend that you return the package via a post office and keep proof of postage;

• Return costs will not be reimbursed;

• The product must not be used or damaged. Then unfortunately we cannot process your return and the amount will not be refunded;

• It is not possible to exchange for a new product. It is possible to place a new order via the webshop if you want a different item.
